No. With one subscription, you can create multiple schedules for multiple users. Please note that there is only 1 administrator.

This depends mainly on how independently the children can consult their schedule. We have families where the children watch Pandaplan themselves on their own smartphone or tablet. In that case, an extra screen in the house is not necessary. When children are even more dependent on a schedule that is constantly visible and easily accessible, a fixed screen in the living room can make a big difference. At our home, the daily or weekly overview is always visible, so the children can check what is scheduled at any time.Sometimes it seems as if children remember the schedule, but having to keep everything in their heads requires a lot of mental space and can cause stress again.

Pandaplan is a digital planning tool that brings calm, structure, and predictability to the daily lives of children and adults.

The panda manager easily enters the schedule via our app. Everything is converted into a clear overview so that children or adults (panda users) know at a glance what is scheduled.Pandaplan adapts fully to the user's level of understanding ... You choose whether a schedule is displayed with photos, icons, or simple symbols. This way, every Panda user gets a daily and weekly overview that is truly understandable and perfectly aligns with his or her needs.

The Panda administrator is the one who handles everything behind the scenes. (e.g., mom, dad, caregiver, support worker, ...) He or she manages the entire schedule, implements changes, and ensures that everything appears correctly on the screen.Consider adjusting activities, adding new appointments, or moving times. In short: the Panda administrator has full control and can adjust the schedule at any time.1 login = 1 administrator.

Child or adult with a greater need for structure and predictability. The Panda User only sees the daily and weekly schedule as set by the Panda administrator. The user can clearly see what is scheduled on the screen but cannot make any changes themselves. Only switch between daily and weekly scheduling. This role is ideal for those who only need to follow the schedule, without concerning themselves with its management. The number of users that can be created is unlimited. Each user has their own display screen available 24/7 in a central living space at home.

At this moment, we are (still) unable to provide an increased allowance for people with an adjusted rate. We will look into this in the future, but I cannot promise anything yet. What we do have is Pandaplan Care – We are currently supported by a charity that can offer financial assistance to selected families. Yes. You can give multiple people access so that everyone always sees the same schedule.

No problem. You can set fixed routines, but also adjust them flexibly every week.

You can choose between a weekly or daily view and also set per user how many days are displayed in a weekly overview. For some, seeing 3 days in the weekly overview is sufficient, while others need more or fewer days. So, it can be freely configured to suit your needs.
